Since the fall of 2013, Lou Reda’s: An American Table has been impressing residents in Greenville, Zebulon, Wilson, and all of Eastern North Carolina with their wide variety of tantalizing upscale American cuisine. Lou Reda’s modern American restaurant is almost unclassifiable by traditional culinary standards. It’s neither a steak house, a seafood restaurant or a “meat and three” comfort food joint – it’s all of those places and more.
